Definition of transparent cake box
Transparent cake box, as the name implies, is made of plastic. From PP material and PVC material used before to PET material. Previously, PCV was used as the leading raw material to produce cake boxes. The material of PVC is polyvinyl chloride, which is cheap and widely used. It is the raw material of plastics. A variety of hard, soft and transparent products can be made by adding appropriate amount of plasticizer into PVC resin. But its disadvantage is that it is not environmentally friendly and non-renewable. In recent years, many countries have promulgated the policy of prohibiting plastics. Cake boxes made of PVC are replaced by PET because PET is environmentally friendly.

How are these cake boxes made?
First of all, for the lid of the cake box, we used two pieces of 350g white cardboard, and then put them together to form a 700g white cardboard, the lid is stronger and more durable.The second is the PET body, the PET body is the main part, and two protective films are attached to protect the PET from scratches.Finally is bottom,The bottom is made of 700g white cardboard and foam, it is very strong and can bear the weight of 4-8kg. Some people need to print they logo , print on the lid , print the PET body , print on the bottom, all is ok.I will use our print machine to print logo . The most common one is printed on the cover.
Regard to the transparent box , becuase it is very popular cake box, we have many regular size ,such as, 4” 6” 8” 10” 12” 13” 14”
16”; We also have many color , such as , white ,black ,pink,blue ,tranparent. If you want other size and color is ok ,we accept custom size and color.
Transparent box -handle cupcake box
The making process of this portable cake box is a little more complicated than that of transparent cake box. This mousse carrying case is composed of 3 parts, the first is the PET body, the second is the base, and the last is the carrying rope. The PET body structure design is very simple, presenting a rectangle with double openings, and a protective film is added on the surface to prevent scratches. The bottom is cut from white cardboard and has been treated with lace to make it more beautiful. The hand rope is made of nylon, very strong, don't worry about breaking when holding it.
